We are Google Women TechMakers Ambassadors in Calgary, an integral part of Google's esteemed developer community spanning the globe. Our purpose is to contribute to the creation of a tech industry where all women have the opportunity to excel and thrive.
Through our program, we offer a diverse range of initiatives aimed at empowering women in technology. These initiatives include providing visibility, fostering a strong community, offering sponsorship opportunities, facilitating educational programs and events, and providing valuable resources.
Our focus is on supporting women who are currently active in the tech industry as well as those who are transitioning into it, ensuring that all individuals have access to the support and resources they need to succeed in this dynamic field.
How We Make Impact
Events

We orchestrate a variety of gatherings, ranging from intimate meet-ups and engaging power panels to larger-scale events like our celebrated International Women’s Day gatherings. We aim to educate, foster connections, and ignite inspiration within our vibrant tech community.
Education
We organize hackathons, facilitate certification programs, and actively disseminate our expertise to the broader community.
Engagements

We speak at events locally and globally; offer presentations on a wide range of topics and spearhead discussions on diversity, equity, inclusion, career advancement, acquiring new skills, and impactful volunteerism.
